Sr. Engineer Project Planning & Operations
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Engineer Project Planning & Operations to join our team in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have expertise in construction project planning, scheduling, resource management, and operations oversight. This role requires proficiency in project planning tools, strong analytical skills, and effective communication to ensure smooth project execution and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules using appropriate project planning tools.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure timely execution.
- Implement project control strategies to optimize efficiency and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to align project milestones.
- Generate progress reports, dashboards, and performance insights for stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. Civil Engineering (Master’s degree in Construction Project Management is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning and control within the construction industry, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and expertise in Construction Project Management software such as Primavera, MS Project, and other relevant tools for documentation, reporting, and project planning.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
